Asacpharma respects the privacy of its website visitors. In compliance with the stipulations of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society and E-Commerce Services, and as a result thereof, we have developed a Cookies Policy for our websites. This Policy is applicable solely to the workings of the websites which belong to Asacpharma and its subsidiaries.  This declaration can be directly accessed from said websites by clicking on "Cookie Policy" at the bottom of one of our webpages.

Information Gathered

This website uses a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a type of file, record, or device which is downloaded on the computer/terminal of a user when accessing certain websites.  Its purpose is to store and recover browsing information about said computer/terminal in order to aid the entity which installed the cookie. Below, we explain what cookies we install, how to find cookies on your device, and how to change your privacy options to limit the use of cookies. Bear in mind that restricting the use of cookies can affect your browsing and can make this and other websites which belong to Asacpharma and have the same Policy, and those sites which are accessed through this one, inaccessible for You.

In accordance with Spanish regulations on the use of cookies in relationship with electronic communications services, published in Legislative Royal Decree 13/2012, which took effect on April 1, 2012, companies and organizations which have websites in Spain must inform their Users on the cookies used on their websites and the reasons for their use.  Likewise, they must obtain the User's consent to use and install certain cookies on the User's device.

This website requires several cookies to work correctly and these cookies may have already been installed. Other cookies, generally analytics cookies, need your consent before we can install them on your device. Upon giving your consent, you accept that we will store these cookies on your device for a year.

On this site, we use the following types of cookies:

Cookies for analysis, or analytics cookies. Upon giving your consent, a third-party web server will install a cookie on your device for statistical purposes in order to measure website activities. Although a profile on a User's browsing habits can be created through the usage of said cookie, the only personal information that the cookie itself could contain is the IP address of the User. We use these profiles to come up with the common browsing patterns of our Users; such as finding out what links they have used and what documents they have accessed.  This helps us to maintain and improve the services we offer.

Session cookies. When you browse our website, sometimes we need to remember technical information about you while you go from one page to another. We use this technical information in very different ways to improve your browsing experience. This cookie does not contain any personally identifiable information and it only lasts until the session ends and you leave our website.

Third-party cookies on our sites. Asacpharma does not allow any third parties to install cookies on your computer via this website, unless these cookies are installed at the request of Asacpharma and are under our direct control; likewise, they must not be used or accessed by said third parties, except as stipulated in this Policy (see "Analytics Cookies").

Web Server Logs

Like the great majority of websites online, we collect the log information of your server automatically when you visit one of our websites through our "web server." The web server automatically recognizes certain non-personal information, like your IP address (except as indicated in the following section), the date and time you visited our site, the pages you have visited on our site, the site you linked from, the type of browser you are using (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), the type of operating system you are using (for example, Windows XP, MAC OS X, etc.) and the domain name and address of your Internet Service Provider (for example, Telefónica). If our website uses cookies, the web server will also collect this information. Sometimes we review the server logs to see what pages on the website are the most visited in order to better understand how our site is being used by our visitors. This is what is commonly known as "web statistics" and it allows us to maintain and improve our services. In addition, in the event of fraudulent or illegal use of the system, we can use the log information, with the help of your Internet Service Provider and/or the local authorities, to trace the origin of said fraudulent or illegal use.

IP Addresses. This website uses Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider in order to access the internet. Generally, an IP address changes each time you connect to the internet (it is a “dynamic” address). Nevertheless, if you have a broadband connection, depending upon your individual circumstances, it may be that your IP address, which we collect, or perhaps even a cookie that we use, could contain information that may be considered to be identifiable. This is because with some broadband connections your IP address does not change (it is “static”) and it could be associated with your personal computer.  IP addresses are used as part of the log information on the web server, as we have mentioned previously.

Changes applied to this website’s Cookies Policy. We may update this Cookies Policy periodically. When this happens, and for your information, we will make the updated Policy available on this page.
