1. USER INFORMATION This Privacy Policy expresses ESPECIALIDADES FARMACEUTICAS CENTRUM, S.A. (hereafter, ASACPHARMA)  commitment to the privacy and protection of the data we process, guaranteeing Users, among other things, that (i) at any time, they may exercise any of the rights to which they are entitled in accordance with the applicable regulations; (ii) we will comply with the obligation of secrecy and confidentiality of the personal data collected, and that we will not communicate them to third parties without their consent; (iii) we have adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data? ASACPHARMA. is the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the User personal data and informs him that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the protection of data of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free circulation of these data and by which Directive 95/46 / CE (hereinafter RGPD), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD).

What personal data do we process?

We will always process the data that is strictly necessary and essential in relation to the purpose for which it was collected. The Website processes the following data:

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except, if necessary, for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing to the rest of the companies of the business group, as well as to providers of services related to communications or other similar services, with which the RESPONSIBLE party has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by the privacy regulations in force.

2.  OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the Website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. In the event that all the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the RGPD, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The RESPONSIBLE guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.

The RESPONSIBLE may change this Policy at any time, informing the date on which it was last updated. If there have been significant changes it will try to alert the User when possible.
