Dry extract of Polypodium leucotomos, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), colorant (chlorophyllin copper complex), and sodium selenite.
Take 2 capsules, 1 in the morning at breakfast and 1 in the evening at dinner, with a little water or juice.
